You can make a lot of quick snacks with pita bread, the main thing is the desire and availability of ingredients in our kitchen. Today we have prepared for you a selection of 7 interesting pita snacks. Such snacks are prepared very simply, we use only simple ingredients.

Roll with fish and crab sticks

A bright, original taste of pita bread roll with fish and crab sticks. Such a roll will be a great snack for the holiday table. And the guests will ask for the recipe.

Lavash – 2 pieces.

Spread a sheet of pita bread with half of the cream cheese, sprinkle with half of the chopped greens. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater, spread on top of the cheese. We shake the crab sticks, put them on pita bread, lay out pieces of fish. Cover it with the second sheet of pita bread, grease it with the remaining cheese, sprinkle with greens, wrap it in a tight roll, cover it with cling film, send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Lavash roll with beets (or carrots)

A simple and effective pita bread snack. Regardless of what you wrap in pita bread – beets or carrots, you will get a colorful, original snack for the family or holiday table.

Boiled beet (medium) – 1 piece.

Grate beets (or carrots) on a fine grater, add crushed garlic. Grate cheese on a fine grater, add to beets (carrots). If desired, salt, add mayonnaise, mix well, spread on pita bread, wrap with a roll. Cut into portioned pieces, serve to the table.

Rolls with garlic

A very simple, classic combination of products – eggs, cheese, greens, garlic. But in combination with pita bread, you get a delicate, tasty snack for the festive table.

Lavash – 2 pieces.

Grate cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Combine all ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Divide the filling in half.

We spread one part of the filling on a sheet of pita bread, cover it with another pita bread, grease it with the rest of the filling, wrap the roll. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into portions.

Such a variation of the “mimosa” salad in pita bread. Such a roll, despite its simplicity, should be infused (soaked) in the refrigerator. Therefore, you should think about the preparation long before serving.

Lavash – 3 leaves.

Drain the fish, mash it with a fork. Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise, spread the fish evenly, tightly twist the roll.

The second sheet of pita bread is smeared with mayonnaise, sprinkled with grated eggs and greens. Place a roll with fish on one edge, wrap tightly.

Grease the third sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place a roll with sardine and egg on the edge, roll tightly.

Wrap in cling film, put in the fridge for 4-5 hours.

Sausages in pita bread

Extremely simple simple, but at the same time original snack. It is prepared instantly and immediately served to the table.

Sausages – 9 pieces.

Place sausages on pita bread, roll up, cut into plates (thickness 1-1,5 cm), thread plates onto skewers. Fry in a small amount of oil. Sprinkle hot sausages with grated cheese and serve.

Sweet pita bread roll

A selection of rolls with pita bread would not be complete without a sweet roll. As always, simple execution and a great result.

Lavash – 1 piece.

Grind the nuts with a rolling pin. Beat butter and condensed milk together with salt with a mixer. Add nuts and mix well.

Grease the pita, roll it into a tight roll, wrap it in cling film. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour. And for 6-7 hours in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!

Lavash rolls with mashed potatoes and herring

One could call this pita bread roll a peasant-style roll. Everything is very simple – potatoes, herring, onions and pita bread.

Lavash – 2 leaves.

Boil the potatoes, drain the water, add oil, mash to a puree. Pour in hot milk, add salt, and knead well again. Cool to warm.

On one sheet of pita bread, put half a potato, put 2 herring fillets. Parallel to the fillet, lay out the onion feathers. Wrap it in a tight roll.

Similarly, form the second roll. Wrap the rolls in cling film, put in the fridge for 40-60 minutes.
