Magic chocolate cake – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Flour – ¾ cup.
  • Cocoa – ¼ cup.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Soda – ½ tsp.
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • Oil – 5 tbsp.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces (large).
  • Sour cream (15%) – ½ cup.
  • For light mass:
  • Condensed milk – 1 package (530 g).
  • Milk – 1,5 glasses.
  • Eggs – 6 pieces (large).
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

Magical chocolate cake – recipe

Dough

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt. Add sour cream, oil and eggs, mix briefly.

Pour the dough into a baking dish.

Light mass

Mix condensed milk and regular milk, add eggs and vanilla sugar, mix briefly. Pour into a mold with chocolate dough. You will feel like everything is mixed up, but don’t worry about it.

We put the form in a larger form, pour 1 liter into the lower form. water

Put everything in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake for about 45-50 minutes.

Cool and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Turn the cake upside down on a plate.
