  • Tomatoes – 2,5 kg.
  • Carrot – 1 kg.
  • Apples – 1 kg.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 kg.
  • Garlic – 200 g.
  • Hot pepper – 2-3 pieces.
  • Salt – 1/4 cup.
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Vinegar 6% – ½ cup.
  • Oil – 1 cup.

Adjika with tomatoes and apples – a step-by-step cooking recipe

First, let’s prepare all the ingredients for adjika. We wash all the vegetables and cut them into pieces that fit in your meat grinder. Peel the apples and remove the hard core. We work with hot pepper in gloves, cut it, and remove the seeds. Peel the garlic.

Grind all vegetables except garlic in a meat grinder. Add salt, sugar and oil, cook for about an hour. Next, add minced garlic and vinegar and cook for another 5-7 minutes. We spread the hot adjika in sterile jars, screw on sterile lids. We turn the cans with adjika upside down and wrap them with a warm blanket.

We store jars with adjika in a dark, cold place.
