Cooking American pumpkin pie

Flour, butter, egg yolk, salt – combine and knead the shortbread dough. We roll it into a ball, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We roll out the dough on a lightly floured board and put it in a round removable form. Pierce the dough in several places with a fork, cover it with parchment paper and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
