Amore square

Very simple, but quite effective Amore square. Gentle and light like a cloud. Fluffy biscuit, yogurt and jelly. It is very easy to prepare, and the look and taste are simply unique.

Pliatsok Amore – ingredients

  • For bіskvіtu:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp.
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp.
  • For impregnation:
  • Boiled water – 1/3 cup.
  • Lemon juice – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • For mass with yogurt:
  • Strawberry yogurt – 300 g.
  • Strawberry jelly – 1 package.
  • Gelatin – 2 tsp.
  • Water – 200 ml.
  • For the icing:
  • Oil – 55
  • Sour cream (thick) – 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 6 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoons (bitter).
  • For jelly:
  • Strawberry jelly – 2 packages.
  • Water – 800 ml.
  • Additionally:
  • Strawberry jelly – 1 package.

Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to a firm foam, add sugar and vanilla sugar one spoon at a time, beating well each time. Add yolks one at a time, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it to the egg mass, carefully knead it with a spatula.

We cover the form (25×25) with parchment, pour the dough, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a dry match. Leave to cool.

Bake the second cake in the same way.

Put one of the cakes back into the form and soak them with the prepared liquid (do not soak the second cake).

Mass with yogurt

Dissolve jelly and gelatin in hot water, cool and mix with yogurt. We put the mass in the refrigerator, until the mass begins to barely thicken. Pour the mass onto the soaked cake. We put it in the refrigerator until it thickens completely.

Dissolve the jelly in hot water, put it in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly, pour it over the mass with yogurt, put it in the refrigerator until it thickens completely.

While the jelly hardens, cut out hearts in the second cookie mold.

Spread the cake with hearts on the jelly.


Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, heat (do not boil). As soon as the mass is going to “bubble”, remove from the heat, mix until smooth. We are cooling.

Carefully apply the glaze to the top cake with a bone, trying not to “contaminate” the jelly in the hearts.

We put the cake in the refrigerator again until the glaze thickens.

Dissolve the last pack of jelly in 250 ml of hot water, cool, put in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly.

We take out the cake from the refrigerator, carefully fill the “hearts” with thickening jelly.

We put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours. We cut it so that there is a jelly heart on the piece (in the middle).
