Apple adjika
Apple adjika – very tasty adjika without extra ingredients. Such adjika is eaten very quickly, so we advise you to cook at least 3 portions ;).
Apple adjika suitable as an addition to many dishes – meat, fish, mashed potatoes. You can also use it as a seasoning for borscht or stew.

The ingredients below make 6 cans with a capacity of 0,5 liters.

Apple adjika – ingredients
- Tomatoes – 2 kg.
- Pepper (preferably red) – 1 kg.
- Apples (with sourness) – 500 g.
- Carrot – 500 g.
- Garlic – 200 g.
- Hot red pepper – 100 g (you can put less).
- Oil – 1 cup.
- Black pepper – to taste.
- Salt – to taste.
Apple adjika – recipe
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and stem.
Wash the tomatoes, cut out the “core”.
Peel the carrots. Peel the apples and cut out the middle.
Grind all the vegetables in a meat grinder.
Add salt, pepper, oil to the resulting mass, cook for 2,5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Jars and lids are sterilized.
We fill the jars with boiling adzhika, tightly close the lids.
