Apple-beet salad – ingredients

  • Beet – 4 pc.
  • Apple – 2 pc.
  • Quiche grapes – 300 g.
  • Walnuts – 1 cup.

  • Yogurt or sour cream for dressing.

Apple and beetroot salad – recipe

Wash the beets, wrap them in greased foil, bake in the oven at 190 for one hour.

Peel the apples and grate them on a large grater.

Cool the baked beets, grate them like apples.

Mix beets, apples and add grapes and nuts.

Mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dress the salad.
