Apple pie with pudding and chocolate mousse (no baking) – a simple and interesting recipe for apple pie without baking. Despite the simplicity of preparation, this dessert has a good cut and perfect taste, which is quite suitable for the festive table.
Apple pie with pudding and chocolate mousse (no baking)
- For the cookie layers:
- Cookies for coffee – 2,5 packages.
- Chocolate cookies – about 250 g.
- For apple mass:
- Apples (sweet) – about 1 kg.
- Sugar – 4 tsp.
- Water – 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar – 20 g.
- Cinnamon – 1 tbsp.
- Orange jelly – 1 package.
- For the pudding:
- Banana pudding – 2 pieces (can be replaced with vanilla or cream).
- Sugar – 5 tbsp.
- Milk – 500 ml.
- Oil – 200
- For chocolate mousse:
- Dark chocolate – 100 g.
- Cream (from 30%) – 400 g.
- Gelatin – 2 tbsp.
- Water – 4 tbsp.

Apple mass
Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, add sugar, vanilla sugar and water. Fry in a frying pan over low heat until the apples are soft. Add cinnamon and jelly (powder), mix well, remove from heat. Leave to cool and slightly thicken.
Pudding
Pour the puddings into a glass of milk, mix well so that there are no lumps. We put the rest of the milk on the fire, add sugar, bring it to a boil.
Pour the pudding into the boiling milk, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Transfer the cooked pudding to a ceramic dish, cover with cling film so that it touches the entire surface of the cream, set aside until completely cool.
Beat the butter to a soft creamy mass, add the cooled pudding one spoon at a time, beat until smooth.
Chocolate mousse
The day before cooking, prepare the chocolate mass. Heat the cream (100 ml) almost to boiling (do not boil). Add broken chocolate, set aside for a minute, mix until smooth. After cooling, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator.
The next day, dissolve gelatin in hot water, leave to cool. Whip the well-chilled cream to a lush creamy mass. Add chocolate mass, beat well again.
Add 2 tablespoons to the gelatin. chocolate mass, mix well. Pour the hardened gelatin into the chocolate mass, beat everything again.
We collect the braid
Cover the bottom of the mold (20×30) with coffee cookies, top with apple mass, level, cover with chocolate cookies, spread pudding, level, cover with coffee cookies, spread chocolate mousse on top, level. We put it in the refrigerator overnight.
