Preparation apple pie let’s start by peeling large, ripe apples. After that, cut them into longitudinal strips.

Now we will prepare the dough for Apple pie. Break the eggs into a container, add sugar to them and begin to quickly grind all this until a lush mass is obtained. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar to the mixture to enhance the aroma and a brighter taste. Add flour to the main mass and continue to carefully beat the dough until it is thick and homogeneous.
