Apples are washed, dried, cut in half, and the middle is selected. Cut into thin strips.

Put the slices in a saucepan, sprinkle with lemon juice, cover the apples with water, boil for about a minute so that the slices become elastic. Drain the water, dry the slices.

Roll out the puff pastry thinly, cut it into strips 8 cm wide. Smear the strips with jam, lay out the apple slices on half of the strip (the apples should slightly protrude beyond the edge of the strip). Lay out the apple slices so that they cover each other a little.

Carefully spread the second half of the strip on the apples. Twist the rose, put it in a greased muffin tin.

Cover the roses with foil, send to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of baking.
