Stretchy dough can be prepared by every housewife. Apple strudel is extremely tasty and juicy, with a lot of fruit and thin layers of dough with a crispy crust.

  • Ingredients for stretchy dough:
  • flour – 250 g.
  • water – 125-140 ml.
  • refined oil – 50 ml.
  • pinch of salt
  • Ingredients for apple filling:
  • apples – 800-900 g.
  • nuts – 120 g.
  • raisins – 100 g.
  • butter – 150 g.
  • sugar – 100 g.
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs – 100 g.
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Peel the apples, cut them into thin pieces, add soaked raisins, chopped nuts, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, mix everything thoroughly.

Put the dough on the parchment paper, roll it out into a thin layer of the required size.

Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the filling, put 2-4 cubes of butter on the filling. Roll the dough into a roll. Brush the rolls with melted butter.

Bake the apple strudel in a hot oven at a temperature of 190 degrees until ready (about 30 minutes, it all depends on the oven).

Lubricate the hot strudel with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar again.

Serve apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. The taste is incredible. BON APPETIT!
