Apple strudel for the lazy
Peel the apples, cut them into thin pieces, add raisins, chopped nuts, sugar, cinnamon, mix everything thoroughly.
Spread pita bread on parchment or a towel, grease it with melted butter. Spread the filling, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or cornstarch (starch or breadcrumbs will absorb apple juice during baking), roll a tight roll using a towel or parchment, the edges of the roll should be wrapped under the bottom, grease the roll with butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Sprinkle the finished strudel with powdered sugar.
