  • Apricots – 1 kg.
  • Orange – 1/2 pc.
  • Sugar – 600 gr.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. We advise you to choose ripe fruits, precisely such apricots will make a nice thick and uniform puree. Sort and wash the apricots, divide them into halves and remove the pits.

Grind the apricots in a meat grinder or grind them in a food processor. A homogeneous consistency should be obtained. Cut the oranges into small pieces and also grind them. Mix apricot puree with chopped orange.

Oranges will not be as uniform as apricots, because the skin of an orange is quite hard. Mix the resulting puree together with sugar and immediately put it on the fire.

Cook apricot jam with orange for 30-40 minutes over low heat, stirring often.

Pour apricot jam with orange into clean sterilized jars and roll up with metal lids.
