  • Asparagus – 500 g.
  • butter – 100 g.
  • parmesan – 100 g.
  • ham – 70 g.
  • fresh basil – 1 bunch.
  • dried Provencal herbs – to taste.
  • ground black pepper – to taste.

Preparation of asparagus and ham appetizer:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare a large baking sheet for the dish. To do this, grease it with a part of butter, sprinkle it with a mixture of dry herbs and black pepper.

Cut the remaining butter into cubes. Thinly slice the ham and place on a baking sheet. Asparagus wash and dry. We spread it on top of the ham. Place pieces of butter on the asparagus.
