Assorted lean pâtés
Assorted lean pâtés – useful and very tasty. The selected ingredients are simple. They are well suited to the dinner table or dinner, or for light snacks. Everything is prepared very easily and quickly. We serve assorted lean pâtés on a wooden board. Pate is served in separate containers, you can sprinkle paprika on top. You can also add your favorite spices or herbs to any pate.
Ingredients for making lean pâtés
- Borodyan bread – 400-600g.
- boiled red beans – 400 g.
- avocado – 400 g.
- boiled yellow lentils – 400 g.
- eggplants – 400 g.
- oil – 8 tbsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tsp.
- paprika – a pinch.
- ready-made sauce – 1 tbsp.
- soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
- sesame – 2 tsp.
- turmeric – a pinch.
- salt – to taste.
Preparation of lean pâtés
Pate from beans: grind boiled red beans in a blender, add Sweet Chili sauce, salt to taste.
Avocado pate: grind the pulp of a ripe soft avocado in a blender, add a few drops of oil and lemon juice, salt to taste, mix.
Lentil pate: grind boiled yellow lentils in a blender, add soy sauce, turmeric, salt to taste,
Eggplant pate: cut the eggplant flesh into pieces, bake in the oven until soft. Finely chop the baked pulp. Add oil, salt to taste. Add sesame. Mix everything thoroughly.
Slices of Borodyan bread without skins are cut diagonally. Dry the formed triangles in the oven.
Serving: lay pieces of bread on a wooden board, serve pates in separate bowls, garnish with paprika on top.
