  • Ripe avocado (Haas variety is best) 1 pc.
  • Lightly salted salmon 250 grams.
  • Whole grain or rye bread (can be replaced with bread) 2 pieces.
  • Fresh tomatoes (cherries will go well) 4 pcs.
  • Lemon juice (a few drops).
  • Chickpea sprouts 5 grams.
  • Olive oil, salt, basil (to taste).

First, you need to fry the bread in a hot pan or dry it in a toaster.

Next, use a fork to mash the following components into a smooth paste: avocado, a few drops of olive oil and salt.

Chop the fresh basil and add to the mixture. Moisten it all with a few drops of citrus, this will preserve the bright initial color of the anointing.
