Baked apples with caramel – this is a dessert that is easy to make and does not affect the figure. Apples and oatmeal have a good effect on metabolism, especially when the stomach is overloaded with other dishes from the table. Your guests will definitely not refuse such a dessert, because it is very light and will not harm your body.

Baked apples with caramel – ingredients

  • Apples – 4 pcs.
  • Oil – 50
  • Sugar – 60 g.
  • Water – 100 ml.
  • Apple cider or juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Berry jelly – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Grated almonds – 2 tbsp.
  • Raisins – 2 tbsp.
  • Oat flakes – 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla ice cream – 4 balls (200 g).

Baked apples with caramel – recipe

Dissolve sugar in water, bring to a boil and, without stirring, leave on low heat for a few minutes. Then add cider or apple juice and leave to cool.

Wash and clean apples from seeds. Pour the syrup over the apples.

Mix jelly with raisins, grated almonds and lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the mold with butter. We lay out the apples and bake for 40-45 minutes, the apples should soften.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the oatmeal.

Take the baked apples out of the oven, place each scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with flakes.

Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious dessert.
