Baked fruit with cream

Fresh fruit is good, but sometimes you want something new and unusual. We offer an easy recipe for baked fruits, it is best to choose ripe fruits so that they give the dish their juice and aroma. All children will definitely like this dessert, because it is both useful and tasty!

Baked fruit with cream – ingredients

  • Fruits and berries (plums, peaches, apples, nectarines, apricots, figs, cherries) – 1000 g.
  • Cream – 100 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Ground nutmeg – 1 pinch.
  • Mint – 6-7 leaves.
  • Cinnamon to taste.

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Wash the fruits and berries, dry them with a paper towel, remove the stones.

Cut all the fruits so that they are approximately the same size. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with powdered sugar, add a few mint leaves on top.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. If nutmeg is added at the beginning of baking, it will enhance its taste.

Beat the cream. If desired, you can add raisins and nuts. Serve fruit with whipped cream or white yogurt.
