Ingredients for cooking meat baked with vegetables in a sleeve:

  • pork (fillet) – 1 kg.
  • potatoes – 5-6 pcs.
  • Bulgarian sweet pepper – 1-2 pcs.
  • carrots – 1-2 pcs.
  • stalk of celery – 1 pc.
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • hops – suneli seasoning – 1 tsp.
  • garlic – 3 cloves.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

How to bake meat with vegetables in a sleeve:

Wash and dry the fillet. Cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

Wash and cut the celery stalk. Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a grater for Korean carrots. (you can simply grate it or cut it into cubes).

Wash the pepper, cut it and remove the seeds and membranes. Cut into small pieces. We clean the garlic. Can be cut or added whole. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Add all the ingredients to the meat. Salt, pepper, add paprika and hops – suneli. Mix everything well. We take a sleeve for baking and put it there meat with vegetables. We close the sleeve with special holders.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. We send meat for baking with vegetables in a sleeve in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

Open the sleeve and bake for another 10 minutes.
