Baked pears

Not only children, but also adults love pears for their delicate and very sweet taste. You can easily prepare original desserts from pears, and not just cakes or pies. Pear can be baked! Thanks to its aroma and extraordinary appearance, it cannot be overlooked among other dishes on the festive table.

Baked pears recipe

  • Almonds – 50 g (can be replaced with regular nuts).
  • Biscuits – 100 g.
  • Sugar – 1,5 tbsp.
  • Protein – from one egg.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • Pears – 4 pieces.
  • Apple juice – 150 ml.

Pour the almonds onto a baking sheet and place in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and chop with a knife (not too small).

We put the cookies in a bag and pump them well several times with a rolling pin. Mix cookies and almonds, add sugar, protein and lemon juice.

Wash the pears, cut them in half and remove the core.

Fill the middle with almond mixture. Put the pears in a baking dish, pour apple juice, cover with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove the foil, let the pears brown for another 5-7 minutes.

Mix natural yogurt with honey, pour over pears, serve hot.
