Baked potatoes with cheese
Every home knows and loves potatoes, fried, boiled, baked, potatoes, mashed potatoes and many, many other dishes. For many, it is the main part of the diet. Smakota invites you to try a simple and tasty dish baked potatoes with cheese.
Baked potatoes with cheese recipe
- 6 large potatoes.
- sour cream 120 g.
- hard cheese 50 g.
- Wash the potatoes. Make punctures with a fork. Wrap in foil and bake for 1,5 hours at 200 degrees.
- Remove and cool the potatoes. Do not turn off the oven. cut the bacon into small pieces, fry while stirring over low heat. Put the bacon on a napkin to absorb the excess fat and fry the onion cut into small cubes in this pan.
- Remove the finished potatoes from the foil, cut them in half and use a spoon to remove the middle, leaving a layer of about 1,5 cm on the edges. Mash the potato pulp with a fork and add fried onions and sour cream to it. Mix and stuff the potato halves.
- Place the cheese cubes on the potatoes on top of the filling. Place the bacon on top of the cheese. Place in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. You can serve.
