Banana pie

Banana is one of the favorite fruits of all children. The sweet taste and aroma goes well with oatmeal, yogurts and pies. We offer an easy banana pie recipe that will be a great breakfast or dinner with warm milk. An important point is that bananas are rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B9, A, PP, C, E). This fruit also contains macro- and microelements (calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, iron, zinc).


Making banana pie

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the pre-thawed dough into a thin layer.

Cut a circle from the dough to the size of the baking form. Grease a removable form with 1 teaspoon of butter, lay out the dough, prick it with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.

Peel the bananas and cut lengthwise into thin, long slices. Cut the remaining butter into pieces and spread half on the toasted cake. Sprinkle the cake with butter with a portion of chocolate drops, a small amount of sugar and lay out a thick layer of banana slices.

Spread butter, chocolate drops on top and sprinkle everything with sugar. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Allow the pie to cool, and slice. You can decorate with powdered sugar or caramel.
