Beans with chicken in soy sauce

Green beans with chicken in soy sauce – ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 400 g.
- Carrot – 4 pc.
- Green beans (frozen) – 400 g.
- Black beans – 1 cup (not boiled).
- Bulgarian pepper (red or yellow) – 2 pcs.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Soy sauce.
- Olive, sunflower oil.
- Peppercorns (allspice and black).
- Bay leaf.

Pour hot water over black beans and leave overnight. Drain and cook until done.
Boil the chicken fillet until ready, add a little salt and pepper and a bay leaf. Cool the meat and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the carrot and cut it into strips 5 cm long.
We boil green beans together with carrots, add a little salt, pepper and a bay leaf. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
Clean the pepper and cut it into strips 5 cm long.
Combine everything in one dish for the oven, pour soy sauce and oil and stew in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
You can serve the dish both warm and cold! Loose rice or mashed potatoes are best for a side dish.
