Beef and Korean carrot salad – a delicious and original salad without mayonnaise. Salad is easily prepared from simple products that are always at hand. It is suitable both for the family and for the festive festive table.

Beef and Korean carrot salad – ingredients

  • Beef – 150 g
  • Korean-style carrots – 70 g
  • Sweet pepper – 1 piece
  • . . . . .
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pieces
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Salt pepper

Beef and Korean carrot salad – preparation

Boil the beef until ready, cut into strips.

Peel the pepper from the seeds and stem, cut into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the pepper until soft, cool.

Cucumbers are also cut into strips.

Mix cucumbers, pepper meat and carrots, pour oil, salt and pepper to taste.
