Beef liver fried with apples and onions

Liver with apples and onions – a delicious and original dish. The recipe for such a dish is very simple. However, the liver in combination with apples and originally prepared onions acquires a new and interesting taste.

Liver with apples and onions – ingredients

  • Beef liver – 500 g.
  • Apples – 2 pieces.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Salt pepper.
  • Sweet paprika – 1 tsp.
  • Curry – 0,5 tsp.
  • Flour
  • Oil.

Liver with apples and onions – recipe

Cut the liver into portions, beat it (it is best to do it in a bag), dip it in flour, fry it in a heated pan with oil. When the liver is browned on one side, salt and pepper it, turn it over to the other side. We take out the liver on a paper towel.

Cut the apples into slices (you can peel the skin if you wish). Filter the oil in which the liver was fried, fry the apples on medium heat until soft, you have to watch so that they don’t fall apart.

Carefully remove the apples, put the onion cut into rings in the same oil, add salt, paprika and curry. Stirring constantly, we fry until it is no longer burning, but still crunches a little.

Place the apples on a plate, the liver on top, and the onion on the liver. Put everything in the microwave for 2 minutes, serve.
