Beef stroganoff from pork

beef stroganoff – a very popular dish. This dish is prepared from finely chopped pieces of meat stewed in sour cream. Beef stroganoff is usually made from beef, but today we offer to make it from pork.

Necessary products for cooking beef strogan from pork

  • Pork, pulp – 400 g.
  • Onion – 2 pc.
  • Salt, black pepper – to taste.
  • Flour – 30 g.
  • Sour cream – 50
  • Dill, parsley – 2 sprigs each.
  • Oil – for frying.

Cooking beef strogan from pork

1. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.

2. Fry the onion in a frying pan with oil for 2-3 minutes.

3. If your meat is not prepared, then wash it thoroughly and cut it into thin slices of medium thickness. Salt and pepper the meat to taste. Pour in the flour and mix the meat thoroughly.

4. Put the meat in a pan with the onion and fry for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add sour cream. Stew the beef stroganoff for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped greens. Pork stroganoff is ready.
