Let’s start cooking beet chips from baking beets. Wrap the beets in foil and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees (depending on the size, from 40 minutes to 1 hour). After that, pour cold water over the beets and peel them. Cool slightly, cut into round slices about 1 cm thick, salt, pepper, sprinkle with marjoram and parsley, and leave for 2 hours.

put beet chips on a baking sheet in one layer and dry for 2 hours in an oven heated to 100 degrees. Take it out beet chips out of the oven, dry at room temperature until pliable, about 1-2 days. Keep it chips in boxes or plastic containers.

In the same way, vegetable “chips” can be made from carrots, parsnips and turnips. You can change the composition of the mixture of spices for sprinkling at your discretion. Experiment!
