Beijing cabbage salad with pineapples and “pigtail” cheese – ingredients

  • Beijing cabbage – 1 pc.
  • Marinated pineapple – 1 can.
  • Canned corn – 1 can.
  • Pigtail cheese – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Pomegranate – 1 pc.
  • Greens – 1 bunch.
  • Mayonnaise, oil.
  • Salt pepper.

Wash the Beijing cabbage, separate each leaf, cut off the hard middle part (we don’t need it), and finely chop the leaves.

We boil the eggs “hard”. Cool, clean and cut into small pieces.
