An interesting video on the topic – How to make chocolate sprinkles:

Wash blackberries, add sugar to taste (3-4 tbsp.), 2 tbsp. of water and keep it on fire for a while. Juice will be released from blackberries, pour it into a cup, mix with 2 tsp. starch, pour into the berries and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture should thicken a little. Set the mixture aside to cool.

Now let’s pick the cherry. We wash, remove the bones, and do everything in the same way as with blackberries. Add sugar, water and starch, keep it on fire for a while.

We wash the strawberries, separate the stalks, cut them into 2-3 parts and repeat the same procedure again, with cherries and blackberries.

Wash the peach, remove the stone, cut it into cubes, again add sugar, water and starch, keep it on the fire for a few minutes until it thickens.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix yogurt with 3-4 tbsp. sugar, you can add a little vanilla sugar. Add cheese to yogurt and mix well, you can beat it. In terms of consistency, the yogurt-cheese mass can be neither thick nor liquid, so that it is well poured into glasses (like sour cream).

Finally, all the components of the dessert are ready, let’s start forming. At the bottom of the glass, put a spoonful of blackberries, then a yogurt mixture, a spoonful of peach, a spoonful of strawberries, a spoonful of yogurt, a spoonful of cherries. Sprinkle coconut shavings on top and pour melted chocolate. We send the dessert to the refrigerator (for at least half an hour).

Before serving, decorate with fresh berries. Bon appetit!
