Big Mac salad

Big Mac salad – a delicious salad that will decorate any table. The salad according to this recipe is prepared very simply, has a spectacular appearance and tastes very similar to a hamburger.

Big Mac salad – ingredients

  • Minced beef – 500 g.
  • Hamburger buns – 4 pieces.
  • Iceberg salad – ¾ of a head.
  • Tomato – 1 piece.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pieces.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise – 4 st.l.
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp.
  • Spicy ketchup – 2 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper, ground red pepper.

Big Mac salad – cooking recipe

Fry the minced meat in heated oil, add salt, pepper, red pepper to taste, set aside to cool.

Cut the buns in half lengthwise. Cut the lower halves into cubes, set aside the upper ones for now.

Heat the oil well in a pan, fry the cut bun, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl, leave to cool.

Put half of the croutons in a large salad bowl, and half of the fried minced meat on top.

Prepare the sauce

Cut the onion and two cucumbers into small cubes. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, add cucumbers and onions, squeeze garlic, salt and pepper.

Pour half of the sauce over the minced meat.

Cut the pepper and tomato into cubes, put them on top of the sauce.

Cut the salad (not very finely), put half on top of the tomatoes with pepper.

We spread the rest of the croutons, the minced meat on top, pour the rest of the sauce.

Cut the cucumbers into thin circles, put them on top of the sauce.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place on top of the cucumbers.

Put the rest of the salad and the upper parts of the buns, cut into cubes, on top of the cheese.
