Cut the fillet into pieces and grind in a blender until it becomes a paste. Pour in milk, beat well in a blender again. Add egg, chopped garlic, spices, salt, sugar and starch, mix well.

Grease the cups or jars with oil, fill them tightly with minced meat to 4/5 of the volume. Close tightly from above with cling film. Fill the pot with water, put a cloth on the bottom, and put the cups in the water. Water should reach half a cup.

Bring the water to a boil and cook for another 40-50 minutes. When the cups are ready, just shake the finished sausage out of them.
