Bounty Square

Bounty Square the taste is very similar to the famous coconut bar. Chocolate biscuit and coconut layer, generously covered with chocolate. Such a braid is prepared very simply and quickly, but it must rest for several hours in the refrigerator.

Pliatsok Bounty – ingredients

  • For the chocolate cake:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp. (with a slide).
  • Cocoa – 3 tsp.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.
  • For coconut mass:
  • Milk – 2 glasses.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Coconut shavings – 250 g.
  • Oil – 200
  • For seepage:
  • Strong, slightly sweet tea – ¼ cup.
  • For the icing:
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g.
  • Milk chocolate – 100 g.
  • Oil – 1 tablespoons
  • Milk – 3 tbsp.

Bounty square – preparation

Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder. Pour the dry ingredients into the egg mass, beat with a mixer at the lowest speed, add oil and mix again.

Line the bottom of the mold (24×24) with parchment (only the bottom, leave the sides open), pour the dough. We put the form in the oven heated to 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until a dry match.

Now we prepare the coconut mass. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Add coconut shavings to the boiling milk and, stirring constantly, cook until the liquid evaporates (about 15 minutes). Remove the mass from the heat and immediately add oil. Stir until the butter is completely melted. We are cooling.

We soak the cold biscuit with strong tea, spread the coconut mass on top, flatten it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Prepare the glaze. Put butter, milk and broken chocolate in a pan, put it on the lowest heat until the chocolate is completely melted. Cool and spread on a plate.
