Bread with seeds (no waiting) – tasty and easy to prepare. Bread with a delicious crispy crust stays fresh for a long time and does not crumble when cut. The main thing is that we spend very little time on its preparation. Everything was mixed and put in a cold oven. While the oven heats up, the bread will rise.

Bread for breakfast (without waiting) – ingredients

  • Flour – 1 kg.
  • Dry yeast – 20 g.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tbsp.
  • Warm water – 1 l.
  • Flax seeds – ¾ cup.
  • Sunflower seeds – ¾ cup.
  • Sesame – ¾ cup.

Bread with seeds (without waiting) – cooking recipe

Pour the yeast into a bowl, add sugar and 200 ml of warm water, mix.

We mix flour, salt and grains, add dissolved yeast, pour the rest of the water. Mix well. The dough is a little runny, that’s normal.

Line two molds (12×26) with parchment, divide the dough in half, pour into the molds.

Immediately put the dough in a cold oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour. Remove from the mold, cool for about an hour.
