Buckwheat turkey soup (for children)

Buckwheat soup on turkey broth – children will definitely like it. And such soup is prepared very easily and quickly, and therefore it is an excellent dinner for your family.

Necessary products for cooking turkey buckwheat soup (for children)

  • Turkey fillet – 200 g.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Carrot, small – 1 pc.
  • Pumpkin – 250 g.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Buckwheat groats – 160 g.
  • Dill, parsley – 1 sprigs each.

Preparation of turkey buckwheat soup (for children)

1. Thoroughly wash the fillet, cut out the films and veins. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

2. Boil the meat in salted boiling water until boiling, remove the foam.

3. Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut the vegetables quite thinly.

8. Add finely chopped greens to the finished soup.
