Buckwheat with mushrooms – dishes for fasting
We often think about what to cook during Lent, so that it is both lean and tasty. Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) suggests preparing a Lenten dish together – buckwheat with mushrooms. A delicious and interesting buckwheat dish with mushrooms and vegetables. It can be used as an independent dish and as a side dish.
Buckwheat recipe with mushrooms
- buckwheat groats – 200 g.
- carrots – 200 g.
- onion (large) – 1 piece.
- fresh mushrooms – 450 g.
- walnuts – 100 g.
- oil.
- salt.
- ground black pepper.
Boil buckwheat groats in salted water until ready.
Chop the mushrooms finely. Fry in a small amount of oil until golden. Mix the prepared buckwheat with half of the prepared mushrooms, if necessary, add salt and place in a layer in a form lightly greased with oil. We level.
Cut the onion into quarter rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry in oil. Salt, pepper.
We spread onions and carrots on buckwheat in a second layer.
Next, lay out the rest of the mushrooms in a layer. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Pour a little oil on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. We send it to a preheated oven for 15 minutes at an average temperature.
