Cooking buckwheat with vegetables
1. Peel carrots and onions. Cut the onion thinly enough. Grate the carrots on a large grater.

3. Blanch the tomatoes, that is, immerse them in boiling water for 2-4 minutes so that the skin can be easily removed.
4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
5. Add tomatoes to the fried products in a saucepan. Salt and pepper everything to taste.
6. Pour buckwheat groats into a saucepan.
7. Pour the buckwheat with vegetables with water so that the water completely covers all the products and cook the buckwheat until all the water evaporates.
8. Buckwheat with vegetables is ready.
