Surprise buns – a dish that can be prepared for almost all occasions. Such a snack can be made for a picnic, served for breakfast or used as a dish for a buffet table.

Prepare surprise buns (stuffed) together with Smakota ( and enjoy their unusual taste.

Recipe for surprise buns (stuffed)

  • sausage (your favorite) – 250 g.
  • onion – 1 piece.
  • mushrooms – 500 g.

Round buns (like tea buns) cut off the top and select a soft core.

Cut the sausage into cubes, finely chop the onion and mushrooms (raw), fry everything in oil for 10-12 minutes. If necessary, add a little soft buns. Mix everything well and fill our buns, sprinkle grated cheese on top. If desired, you can put a “bun cap” on top and bake together.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is completely melted.
