Buns with filling

Simple and always very tasty buns with filling. Such buns can be prepared with any favorite filling – chocolate, condensed milk, berries. The dough according to this recipe always turns out to be fluffy, fragrant and very tender. Try it and you will bake such buns very often. Relatives will simply demand it ;).

Buns with filling – ingredients

  • Flour – 500 g.
  • Yeast – 30 g.
  • Sugar – 70 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
  • Warm milk – 1 cup.
  • Egg – 1 piece + 1 for greasing.
  • Oil – 50
  • Filling.

Buns with filling – cooking recipe

Add crushed yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. flour, put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

We sift the flour, make a well, add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, soft butter, solution, knead the dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts. We roll out rectangles of 10×15 cm, put the filling on one edge, divide the opposite edge into 5 strips.

We wrap the edge with the filling to the middle, seal the edges, roll the pie further, place it on a form covered with parchment, cut side down.

Leave the buns in a warm place for 30 minutes, brush with a beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
