Butter fudge (4 types)

Sometimes we want to sit down to watch movies and have something to eat, but chips or popcorn are already “satisfied” and we want something new! Smakota prepared the original ones butter fudge, with which you can spread bread, baguette or snacks with crackers! So read on four recipes in one article and feast on delicious snacks.

Butter fudge (4 types) – ingredients

  • Oil with mackerel:
  • Butter 72% – 150 g.
  • Smoked mackerel – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 6 tsp.
  • Horseradish – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Butter with anchovies:
  • Oil – 150
  • Anchovy fillet – 50 g.
  • Ground paprika (sweet) – 1/2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
  • Butter with greens:
  • Oil – 150
  • Lemon juice – 4 tsp.
  • Parsley, dill, and onion greens can be chopped – 1/2 bunch each.
  • Oil with capers:
  • Oil – 150
  • Capers – 3 tbsp.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste – 1.5 tbsp.
  • Fresh lemon balm – 1/2 bunch.
  • Salt pepper

Butter fudge (4 types) – cooking recipe

  1. To make the first fondant with mackerel, you must first mash the fish with a fork and mix it with butter. Then add horseradish, lemon juice and pepper. Pour the finished fudge into small sauce pans and enjoy with croutons or crackers.
  2. We prepare fondant with anchovies as follows: soak small fish in water, dry them well with paper towels and finely chop them. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. The third butter fudge is prepared in the following sequence: wash all the greens, dry them with paper towels and finely chop them. Add oil and mix well with a mixer. Then add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste and mix well.
  4. We prepare the last fondant: peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Wash the lemon balm and also finely chop it. Cut the capers into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste!

That’s it, we prepared as many as four different fondants for delicious snacks, crackers or crackers quite easily and quickly.
