We choose a good piece of meat. We wash and dry it. Make small holes in the meat. Cut the cloves of garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and insert them into the holes made in the meat.

We smear the meat with a mixture of peppers, which we grind in a mortar, and all other ingredients.

We marinate the meat in a container with a lid. Put in a cool place or refrigerator for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.

Heat the oven to 210 °C. Place the meat on a baking sheet, wrapping it in foil. Bake in the oven for 2-2,5 hours until ready.

To make the meat ruddy, unwrap it from the foil and send it to the oven until it is ruddy.
