Cabbage rolls

The rolls can be served with a sauce to your taste or simply decorated with greens.

Ingredients for making cabbage rolls

  • white cabbage – 1 head.
  • chicken fillet – 1 pcs.
  • cheese – 200 g.
  • egg – 2 pc.
  • flour – 2 tbsp.
  • ground black pepper – to taste.
  • chili pepper flakes – to taste.
  • oil – 3 tbsp.
  • garlic – 2 cloves.
  • dried marjoram – 1 g.
  • salt – to taste.

Preparation of cabbage rolls

Separate the cabbage into leaves, drop one at a time into boiling water so that the leaves are steamed.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips, cheese into bars.

Place strips of fillet and a piece of cheese on each leaf of cabbage, pepper and salt to taste. We wrap it like cabbage rolls. Breaded in flour. Dip in beaten egg. Add finely grated garlic, some dried marjoram and ground black pepper to the egg.

Place on a heated pan and fry in oil on all sides until golden brown. About three minutes on each side (we have four) over low heat until ready.
