Cabbage with beans – preparation

Wash the beans and soak for 12 hours.

Pour 1,5 liters of water over the beans, put it on the fire, when it boils, add the sponder (one piece) to the beans, after 15 minutes, add the potato halves, cook until ready.

Put the cabbage in a separate pan (if the cabbage is very sour, you can rinse it a little in cold water). Boil it until ready in a small amount of water (about 1 glass), add a bay leaf and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and fry in fat until soft, add flour, mix well, fry for another 1-2 minutes. We add roasting to the cabbage.

We mash the finished beans together with the potatoes into a puree (you can use a blender), cut the sponder into cubes, add everything to the cabbage, pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, salt to taste and add finely chopped garlic.

Before serving, add sour cream.

Cabbage is ready. Bon appetit!
