Cake “Pleasure” – recipe

First we make a biscuit. We separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites with sugar to a white mass, add the yolks, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Gently mix everything together so that there are no lumps and bake for 20-30 minutes. The form should have sliding sides so that the cake first takes the appropriate shape, and then so that it can be easily transferred to the cake pan. To check if the biscuit is well baked, take a toothpick or a match and pierce the cake, if the wood is dry, then the biscuit is ready.

Next, we prepare the cheese cake. Cheese (at room temperature) can be ground in a meat grinder or beaten in a blender so that there are no lumps, mixed with sour cream.

Put the milk on fire, add sugar and gelatin, heat until the gelatin and sugar completely dissolve (do not boil). Cool and pour into the cheese. Mix everything well, add sour cream, mix again.

Dissolve the jelly in the appropriate proportion of water indicated on the package (~350 ml of water, boiling water), cool. We prepare fruits or berries for decoration.

Spread the cooled biscuit with jam or jam (to your taste), we had apricot jam. Next, cover with cheese mass and put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. until completely thickened.

Place cut fruits or berries on top of the curd layer, fill with cooled jelly, sprinkle with coconut flakes (if desired) and put in the refrigerator for another 1-2 hours.

Remove the finished cake from the refrigerator, slide the edges of the form and transfer the cake to the cake pan.

Cut into portions and serve to your guests!
