Cappuccino cake with apples
Tasty, interesting, aromatic Cappuccino with apples. Apple-walnut cake, cappuccino-flavored cream and delicate biscuits – all this is harmoniously combined with each other. The square is very interesting in cross-section, it will become a decoration and an original culmination of the festive table.
Cappuccino cake with apples – ingredients
- For cake with apples:
- Apples – 700 g.
- Powdered sugar – 1,5 cups.
- Whole grain flour – 1 cup.
- Walnuts – 100 g.
- Eggs – 4 pieces.
- Flour – ¾ cup.
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
- Soda – 1 tsp
- For bÑ–skvÑ–tu:
- Eggs – 6 pieces.
- Flour – ½ cup.
- Starch – ½ cup.
- Baking powder – 2 tsp.
- Sugar – 1 cup.
- For the cream:
- Eggs – 4 pieces.
- Sugar – 1 cup.
- Coffee Jacobs Cappuccino nut – 3 tbsp.
- Water – 1/3 cup.
- Oil – 350

Cappuccino flatbread with apples – recipe
Cake with apples
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes, sprinkle them with a glass of powdered sugar, mix them, and leave them to release their juice.
Finely chop the nuts.
When the apples have released juice, add whole grain flour and chopped nuts, mix.
Separately, beat the eggs with the rest of the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda, sift to the egg mass, mix gently. Add apples 1-2 tablespoons at a time, mix gently.
We cover the form (25×35) with parchment, spread the dough, level it.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until a “dry match”. Leave the finished cake to cool on a wire rack.
Sponge cake
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff foam. Add sugar one spoon at a time, beating well each time at the highest speed of the mixer. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.
Mix flour with baking powder and starch, sift to egg mass. Carefully knead with a spatula.
Cover the bottom of the form with parchment, spread the dough.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until a “dry match”. Cut the finished cooled cake into 2 parts.
Cream
Pour boiling water over the cappuccino, mix well, leave to cool.
Beat eggs with sugar over steam until thick. Transfer the pan with the egg mass to cold (ice water), beat until cool.
Beat the butter until smooth, gradually add the egg mass and cappuccino, beat until smooth.
