Carrot cake with walnuts – ingredients
- wheat flour – 350 g.
- brown sugar – 300 g.
- vegetable oil – 300 ml.
- chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- grated carrot – 300 g.
- baking powder – 10 g.
- oranges – 2 pcs.
- walnuts – 100 g.
- cinnamon and nutmeg – to taste.

Combine eggs and sugar and beat with a whisk.
Combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and spices. Add to sugar and eggs, mix.
