Carrot in Korean

Carrot in Korean – has long since settled on our tables as a familiar dish for us. Every housewife can prepare such carrots using the recipe below.

According to our carrot recipe in Korean it turns out very tasty. After trying such a recipe, you will cook only this way. AND carrots in Korean will become a frequent guest on your table.

Korean carrots – ingredients

  • Carrot – 500 g.
  • Onion (white) – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  • Vinegar essence – 1 tsp.
  • Fragrant ground pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Red pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Coriander (ground) – ½ tsp.
  • Oil – 100 ml.
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon (or to taste).

Korean carrots – recipe

Grate the carrots with straws (on a Korean carrot grater), mix well with your hands.

Add salt, sugar, coriander, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar essence, mix well again.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, fry in heated oil until light brown.

Remove the onion from the oil (we don’t need it). Pour hot oil over the carrots. Add the garlic squeezed on a garlic press, mix well and let the carrots infuse at room temperature for 6-7 hours.
