Ingredients for cooking casserole with rice and broccoli
- rice – 240 g.
- fresh broccoli – 150 g.
- minced meat – 300 g.
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- milk – 80 ml.
- cheese – 100 g.
- onion – to taste.
- garlic – to taste.
- salt, ground black pepper (a mixture of peppers) – to taste.
Cooking casserole with rice and broccoli:
Prepare the form for baking. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and finely chop the onion and garlic. We spread the prepared minced meat (raw) on the form.
Wash and dry the broccoli, separate it into florets. Place the broccoli on top of the minced meat.
Wash the rice well and boil it. We spread it on top of the broccoli.
Mix eggs and milk. We beat everything. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Heat the oven to 180 °C and bake the casserole with rice and broccoli for up to 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the casserole is ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
