Casserole with spinach and feta cheese – ingredients
- Spinach – 150 g.
- Premialle feta cheese – 125 g.
- Onion – half (of a medium bulb).
- Green onions – 2 feathers.
- Finely chopped dill – 1 tbsp.
- Eggs – 3 pieces.
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
- Milk – 200 ml.
- Hard cheese – 100 g.
- Salt, pepper – to taste.

Casserole with spinach and feta cheese – preparation
Wash, dry and finely chop the spinach.
Cut the onion into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion with a knife.
Pour oil into a heated pan, lay out the onion. Fry over low heat until soft (about 5 minutes).
Add spinach and green onion to the onion, simmer until the spinach is soft over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat, add salt and pepper, and dill.
Transfer the contents of the pan to a baking dish.
Beat eggs with milk, add sifted flour, mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour this mixture over the spinach.
Knead the feta with a fork, put it in the casserole. Sprinkle hard cheese grated on a coarse grater on top.
Place the casserole dish in the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
