Let’s start cooking champignons with rosemary. Cut off the lower part of the mushroom legs, wipe the caps with a napkin and cut into quarters. Now you need to mix the mushrooms with oil and vinegar. Leave the mushrooms to marinate.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic for champignons with rosemary and cut each clove lengthwise into 4 pieces. Also, cut the rosemary sprigs with scissors into 4-5 cm long pieces.

It’s time to combine all the ingredients for champignons with rosemary. Add rosemary and garlic to the mushrooms, season with sugar, salt and pepper. Mix gently, spread champignons with rosemary in sterilized jars, close with lids and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 day. Done!
