Cheese blancmange recipe

  • Milk – 125 ml.
  • Gelatin – 15
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
  • Cheese – 250 g.
  • Sour cream – 125 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup.

All products should be at room temperature at the beginning of cooking.

Dissolve gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes. Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar into a homogeneous mass. Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Heat the milk with gelatin in a steam bath, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Carefully pour milk with gelatin into the curd mass, mix well. Add pieces of pineapple and mix well.

We put the mass in one large form or in small portions (cups, bowls, cream cups, etc. are suitable). And put it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely. In order for the dessert to come out of the mold without damage, the mold should be immersed in hot water for a few seconds, the jelly will easily separate from the walls of the mold.
